Kind of want to start again on here

Wouldn’t want someone going back over all my old stuff and thinking ‘wuut?’. Is there a way i can:

1. Back up all of my posts.

2. Mass delete all of my posts, without losing my followers or people i follow?

It’s time for a refresh i think, so someone help me out please?
